This is a force graph of the JRZ double adjustable bump reserviour.
Low velocity adjustment has 6 positions
These are shown with the wide spaced curved lines
High velocity adjustment has 16 positions
These are shown as the flatter multiple lines.

The total setting positions are 96 and they all produce a different force curve. For every one of the 6 low velocity positions there are 16 high velocity settings
The
following example on the M113 Armoured Personnel
Carrier.

This
bump adjuster system can be installed
into most dampers, here you can see an
example for an extreme application. STA
were contracted to provide suspension
development assistance to improve the
stability of an M113 that had undergone
significant modification and upgrading.

The existing dampers were used and the JRZ double adjustable reserviour was installed, the tuning process after these were installed onto the vehicle took 3 hrs, a huge saving in time considering that there were 12 dampers on the M113.
